Kilconny Kicks Off a Bumper December for New Potwell Racing Syndicate.
Kilconny Bridge made a striking winning debut in the bumper at Plumpton on Monday in the colours of the newly formed Potwell Racing syndicate, and ridden by Aidan Coleman.
She was their second runner and looks a mare of great promise given the way she galloped twelve lengths clear of the runner up Annual Invictus.
Kilconny Bridge is the most expensive of the syndicate’s three horses, having been purchased at the Tattersalls May sale at Cheltenham after winning her only point-to-point impressively.
While we were expecting a good run from her, she hadn’t been away for a racecourse gallop so we weren't quite sure how she would perform on her first outing for us.
Kilconny Bridge has a great pedigree to match her talent, is gutsy and workmanlike at home, jumps brilliantly and shapes like the ideal flagbearer for her owners.
There are still a few shares in Potwell Racing for anyone thinking about getting involved. For more details please check out the details on our website HERE or give Anthony a ring on 07815898569.
On a personal note it was very pleasing that the success of Kilconny Bridge was our fourteenth winner of the season which matches our total for the last campaign when a lot of our horses were laid low with a virus.
Thankfully things are going much more smoothly this time round.
